A Lorentz Transformation $\Lambda$ belongs to the Restricted Lorentz Group $S{O}^{+}(1,3)$ if it’s in the Proper Lorentz Group and if does not flip the direction of time (i.e. ${\Lambda }_{00}\ge 0$).
